3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Currency: All prices are displayed in Euros (€). Taxes: Prices include French VAT (TVA). Shipping: Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Payment: Orders are payable immediately upon validation via secure credit card (Stripe/Bank Transfer). The Seller remains the owner of the products until full payment is received.
4. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon physical possession of the products. Receipt of Goods: IMPORTANT: Customers must inspect the package in the presence of the carrier. If the package is damaged or wet, the Customer must refuse it or record specific, dated reservations on the delivery note.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURN POLICY)
In accordance with French law, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind. How to Exercise Your Right: You may notify us of your decision to withdraw by emailing team@chateaulescours.com. (A "Withdrawal Link" is also available in your account dashboard for direct one-click processing, as per 2026 regulations). Conditions: Bottles must be returned unopened, with seals intact, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles unless a manufacturing defect (e.g., "corked" wine) is proven. We do not accept exchanges. Return Costs: The direct costs of returning the goods are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Refunds: We will refund all payments received (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
6. WARRANTY (DEFECTIVE GOODS)
Legal Guarantee: We are liable for "hidden defects" (vices cachés) and "conformity" issues. Corked Wine: If a bottle is found to be "corked," please contact us immediately. We may offer a replacement or credit, provided the bottle is returned at least 3/4 full with its original cork.
7. APPLICABLE LAW
These conditions are governed by French Law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable solution, the competent courts of Bordeaux shall have jurisdiction.
